Hi Bo, welcome to the site. You should email the site and someone will advise you on how to set up a league.
At this point, I imagine you will need to get six other co-workers who are interested ASAP. Next, conduct a draft -- American atheletes only.
The draft is 13 rounds. Each player selects 12 atheletes and a tie-breaker non-U.S. country.
Then you would probably need to email the results of the draft to the site and then we can create a division for you.
Bryan (the site manager) may have you manage your division thereafter.
